Blaž Zorko(1996), is a photography student at the Department of Photography at the Faculty of Applied Sciences (VIST) in Ljubljana, where he is completing his studies. His passion lies in documentary photography, but he is also intrigued by conceptual approaches. Blending social and historical themes with a subtle emotional undercurrent, his projects frequently explore the new topography genre. Zorko's intention is to convey emotions through the "cold and calculated" lens of this genre, resulting in images that evoke powerful sentiments despite their seemingly detached and objective nature.
